1. Pneumatic launching device: The power source is air. A gas storage device is needed to store the air conditioning pressure. The air pressure change in the launch tube is adjusted by adjusting the air pressure change. Pneumatic launchers require hardware coordination, including high pressure air supply, pressure regulating equipment (pressure regulators and cylinders), air lines and solenoid valves.
2. Mechanical moving device: The microcomputer controls the mechanical transmission device to change the moving position of the tube, and uses the infrared fixed point to do the aiming. The mechanical movement is realized by the stepping motor transmission method. The stepping motor has the advantages of fast and accurate positioning, and can complete the positioning requirement in a very short time. The positioning accuracy is less than 1mm, and the experimental cumulative error is less than 5mm, which is far less than the IEC standard. The required specified position deviation is not more than 10mm to ensure the reliability of the experiment.
3. Sample holder: Design the mechanical moving device and sample holder according to the sample size. The standard size is 2000*1350 (L*H), which covers the effective surface of the component under test in the size of 2000*1350.
4. Speed test device: Before the launch tube, the distance between the two photoelectric sensors is 50cm. Use v=s/t to get the speed, display in real time, and change when the next sample speed is measured. The speed test device includes three parts: a detection sensor, a high-speed response module, and a software module.
